Talent Shore Finance Team

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team at Talent Shore. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing month-end accounting postings and journal preparations, as well as owning the Contractor pay and bill process. You will be responsible for inter-company account reconciliations and revenue reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparing the monthly Management Accounts.

You will be responsible for the Quarterly VAT return submission and will own the monthly payroll process and commissions calculations. Preparation of the monthly payment runs, including payroll, is also a critical task.

In addition, you will provide year-end support for the preparation of the Financial Statements.

What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience in management accounting, preferably within a recruitment company
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualifications (part-qualified or fully qualified)
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to analyze complex data
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving
