Candidates must be located near the Southern Suburbs (Tokai and surrounding areas).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Financial Statements, Compilations, and Reviews for a diverse client base.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Assisting in financial analysis and providing insights where needed.
  • Collaborating closely with a small, professional team to meet client deadlines.
Requirements:
  • SAIPA background.
  • Completed SAIPA articles or recently registered as a PA(SA).
  • Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and compilations.
  • Experience working in a small accounting or consulting firm.

  • Ability to work independently in a small, fast-paced team.

Position Option 2: Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full bookkeeping function within a small firm.
  • Processing transactions, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assisting with VAT, tax submissions, and financial reporting.
  • Supporting the accounting team in day-to-day financial tasks.
Requirements:
  • Matric and relevant bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting software.
  • Previous experience in a small accounting or consulting firm.
  • Must be based near the Southern Suburbs.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.
