About PMG Recruitment


We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at PMG Recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment needs of our business, working closely with our HR Manager to understand the needs of our managers and source candidates through various channels. You will be responsible for screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting relevant checks, generating offers, and onboarding new hires.


Key Responsibilities


Candidate Sourcing



  • Identify and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.
  • Write and advertise job vacancies on suitable platforms.
  • Act as the external brand in relation to potential candidates and agencies, selling our company as an employer of choice.
  • Explain our jobs, key responsibilities, and ideal candidate profiles to potential applicants.

Candidate Screening



  • Review CVs and applications, arranging video interviews as necessary.
  • Shortlist suitable candidates for consideration.

Coordination and Facilitation



  • Manage recruitment agency consultants and potential candidates through high-touch communication and availability.
  • Manage internal stakeholders, scheduling interviews between managers and candidates, assessments, and assessment feedback sessions.
  • Conduct MIE checks or partner with agencies to conduct the check, providing feedback to candidates and agencies.

Presentation of Offer



  • In consultation with the relevant manager, generate an appropriate offer and present it to the candidate or agency.

Onboarding



  • Compile electronic employee files, submit new hire documents to finance, and schedule onboarding sessions.
  • Conduct welcome presentations.

Qualifications



  • Relevant degree or diploma.

Experience



  • 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment role, with experience in Fintech an advantage.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and think independently.
