Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Sales Associate, responsible for meeting established sales and revenue goals aligned with the objectives of HomeChoice Holdings Limited.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets consistently while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Keep tasks organized and communicate proactively to enhance performance.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service with a professional and courteous approach. Take ownership of customer interactions and handle objections effectively to ensure positive experiences.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure operational and quality standards are met. Complete administrative tasks accurately and within deadlines, including time sheets and verification documents.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with reporting and documentation as required. Support other departments when necessary.
  • Relief Services: Provide assistance in various capacities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12/Matric (Minimum Requirement)
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Direct Selling sector
  • B Degree (advantageous)
  • Valid Driver's License
