Job Opportunity: Sales Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at First Degree Recruitment. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by preparing sales documents and contracts, maintaining accurate records of vehicle inventory, and responding to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales documents and contracts for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in the sales process
- Input sales data and generate performance reports
- Ensure all paperwork for vehicle sales is completed accurately
- Liaise with finance and service departments for a seamless sales experience
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience as Sales Administrator
- Experience working for vehicle dealerships and brands like Kia, Ford, Mazda, Suzuki etc.
- Go-getter attitude and driven, energetic
- Attention to detail
- Clear criminal record
- Grade 12 / Matric
