The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong background in managing upmarket residential projects.
You will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our residential projects, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and are delivered to the highest quality standards.
We require someone with excellent leadership skills, able to effectively manage a team of contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel. A strong understanding of the construction industry and excellent communication skills are also essential.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage complex projects, with a focus on upmarket residential development. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project strategies, managing risk, and resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
A valid driver's license is required for this role.
