We are seeking a Senior Land Infrastructure Specialist to join our team, who has a solid background in land infrastructure from township to site-specific scale.
The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of civil engineering analysis software and advanced computer skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include developing specifications, BoQs, cost estimates, and preparing final tender documentation, as well as ensuring that required drawing standards are maintained and construction supervision is carried out effectively.
The role also involves delivering excellent client service while being client-facing, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Required qualifications include a BSc/BEng or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering, registration with ECSA as a Candidate, and minimum 5-7 years' experience as a design specialist in land infrastructure.
