We have successfully implemented over 3.3 GWh DC of battery energy storage solutions in various locations worldwide, establishing ourselves as a key player in the global energy storage integration industry.

Our two fully automated, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities have an annual production capacity of approaching 20 GWh.

In this role, you will be responsible for specifying, planning, and growing new products and solutions in the Energy Storage segment, working closely with external and internal stakeholders to drive business expansion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and understanding customer needs, market trends, and input from across organizational leadership to align product strategy and roadmap in the Energy Storage market segment.
  • Identifying opportunities, preparing proposals for RFPs, budgeting, and pricing, negotiating price and contract terms, and conducting post-bid analysis.
  • Developing and engaging early adopter customers in testing and launching new Energy Storage products and solutions.
  • Conducting feasibility studies/business plans for product or service improvement, customization, remodeling, and new product/sales/service development.
  • Assessing operational issues regarding competitiveness, staying current with trends, innovations, and pricing while staying up-to-date with external and internal developments in the environment for identifying new market segments.
  • Aligning with internal development and delivery teams or external suppliers to ensure consistency in product and schedule expectations, participating in midterm and final product design reviews to assess product quality.
  • Working with field marketing and sales teams to manage product launch processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Energy Storage, Wind, and Solar industries.
  • Proven track record of business development experience.
  • Decision-making skills, including determining product guidelines, purposes, following through, and completion.
  • Understanding of financial reports, including budgetary guidelines and product expenditures.
  • Entrepreneurial background in Sales capacities.
  • Can-do personality, competitive, and driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
  • High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and proactively without supervision.
  • Excellent organizational, strategic, planning, and implementing skills.
  • Ability to travel as required – expected travel requirement approximately 50-60%.
