As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to various departments, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and maintaining a tidy reception area.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.">
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient reception area.">
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.">
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.">
  • Monitor and order office supplies.">
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.">
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Experience within the motor industry is advantageous, and previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Candidates must be able to work under pressure, have strong organizational and time management abilities, and be willing to learn.

Able to start work from 7am, with strong computer literacy and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
