Job Title: Corporate Governance Specialist

This role is responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on corporate governance matters to the company, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of company law, tax laws, and employment regulations.



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide guidance on corporate governance matters, including company secretarial functions, compliance with laws and regulations, and risk management.
  2. Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory returns, including company registration, annual returns, and tax compliance.
  3. Manage the company's statutory records, including share registers, resolutions, and minutes.
  4. Co-ordinate the company's tax affairs, including VAT, PAYE, and UIF.
  5. Administer the company's payroll, including employee data management, salary processing, and benefits administration.
  6. Prepare and submit financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  7. Manage the company's banking and cash management, including bank account management, cash flow forecasting, and cash management.


The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of company law, tax laws, and employment regulations. They will be able to provide expert advice and guidance on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.



This is a challenging role that requires a high level of expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
