iqbusiness is looking for a Strategic Change Initiative Lead to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading strategic change initiatives that drive organisational growth and improvement.

This role requires a deep understanding of change management principles and practices, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive change management plans
  • Conducting stakeholder analysis and identifying key influencers
  • Designing and delivering communication plans to engage stakeholders
  • Facilitating training sessions and workshops to support change initiatives
  • Collaborating with leadership to align change initiatives with organisational goals
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of change initiatives, identifying and addressing any issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in change management and organisational development
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process or Lean Change)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management software/tools
