Job Title: Junior Human Resources Business Partner

At Energy at Work Projects, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in providing HR and IR support to our designated site or business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Management: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and maintain accurate job descriptions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Assist in structuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure employee performance and drive productivity.
  • Industrial Relations (IR): Lead end-to-end investigations, including risk analysis, fact-finding, and report writing. Interpret and apply company policies and procedures in IR-related matters, providing clear and consistent advice to line managers.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates, headcount, and diversity initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and morale.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Identify and mitigate HR-related risks through proactive measures.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR and IR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
