Conveyancing and Estate Administration Director

Job Purpose
The Team Leader / Conveyancer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the conveyancing team, ensuring the successful execution of client estates and providing high-quality conveyancing services.
Main Responsibilities
- Team Management
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the conveyancing team, including delegating tasks and setting priorities.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and expertise.
- Conveyancing Expertise
- Provide expert conveyancing advice and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice.
Qualifications and Experience
- Admitted Attorney.
- Admitted Conveyancer with at least 3 years' post-admission experience.
- Admitted Notary (beneficial).
- Estate administration experience.
- Experience of managing teams / departments (beneficial).
