Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a dual role within our team at Invictus Education Group. This position requires a candidate who can effectively manage both financial and academic administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations at our campus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial processes, managing academic records, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the institution. Key duties include:

  • Student Registration
  • Student Administration
  • Debtors
  • Creditors
  • Other ad-hoc office duties

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

● A finance qualification

● Experience using SAGE Intacct or related accounting systems

● A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in a finance department

● Understanding of academic record keeping

● Experience in the hospitality industry beneficial

Essential Skills:

● Strong MS Office computer literacy

● Strong administrative skills

● Good interpersonal communication skills

● Customer Service Skills

● Ability to work under pressure
