">Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation:
">
- Ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently met.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive conversion rates.
- Oversee the management of leads to maximize sales potential.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:
">
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of approximately 40 sales consultants.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to enhance performance.
- Monitor staff productivity and activity levels, ensuring efficiency.
">
Client Relationship Management:
">
- Serve as the first point of contact for new customer inquiries, filtering leads to the appropriate channels.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure service excellence and compliance.

Operational & Strategic Planning:
">
- Develop and implement sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and team productivity.
- Identify and implement new initiatives to optimize the sales process.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
">
- Maintain strong working relationships with other departments.
- Work closely with senior management to align sales goals with business strategy.
">Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:
">
- 5–8 years experience in call centre sales within the financial services industry.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in a managerial role within a call centre sales environment.
- Proven track record in sales leadership, achieving and exceeding targets.
">
A strong understanding of credit bureaus, credit reports, and financial products, as well as good knowledge of competitor offerings in the financial services sector, is also essential.
">
Additionally, you will need to have proficiency in sales performance management, reporting, and analytics, as well as excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
">
Experience in CRM software and sales reporting tools is also highly desirable.
