About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Program Specialist to join our team at Initiate International. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and shaping the future of affiliate marketing within the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Affiliate Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective affiliate marketing plans to attract and retain top-tier affiliates.
  • Expand Affiliate Network: Identify and onboard new affiliates through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Negotiate and Oversee Affiliate Agreements: Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission structures, and incentive programs.
  • Cultivate Strong Affiliate Relationships: Foster strong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support and communication.
  • Equip Affiliates with Promotional Materials: Provide affiliates with promotional materials and resources to enhance their marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with Affiliates: Work closely with affiliates to optimize campaign performance and drive maximum ROI.
  • Monitor Affiliate Performance Metrics: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Implement Strategies for Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates, retention, and player lifetime value.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor Affiliate Activities: Vigilantly monitor affiliate activities to detect and mitigate fraud or non-compliance.
  • Conduct Regular Audits: Conduct regular audits to maintain the integrity and transparency of our programs.
  • Generate Comprehensive Reports: Create detailed reports on affiliate performance, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Present Findings to Stakeholders: Present findings to stakeholders, offering strategic recommendations for program enhancement.
Requirements
  • Education: Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Demonstrated success with a minimum of 3 years in affiliate marketing, ideally within the online gaming or betting industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with South African gambling regulations is considered a valuable asset.
