Job Responsibilities:
  • Explore game mechanics and monitor alerts with precision and curiosity.
  • Engage in dynamic discussions on game math queries and provide cross-functional support.
  • Dive into diverse markets to assess support needs and craft innovative mathematical solutions for games.
  • Delve into theoretical solutions, ensuring accuracy, and document findings with meticulous care.
  • Innovate tools for process efficiency, drawing inspiration from industry trends to enhance game experiences.
  • Collaborate closely on game design, sharing insights, and shaping player experiences.
  • Embrace the excitement of new game releases, offering constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Guide and empower your team through knowledge-sharing and supportive onboarding experiences.

Requirements:
  • BSc Degree in Mathematics or Statistics coupled with Computer Science background.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel at an advanced level.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as C# or equivalent.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with an emphasis on problem-solving.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and effectively manage individual projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and adept at managing stakeholders effectively.

Location:
You can be based either at our Cape Town office or our Durban Office.
