Business Lecturer

At CTU Career Chatz, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Lecturer to join our academic team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to the development and delivery of our business programs.
Responsibilities- We are looking for someone who can effectively plan and manage weekly classes, preparing and delivering high-quality learning content in both face-to-face and online environments.
- The ideal candidate will interpret course material and develop engaging presentations for lectures, as well as communicate and guide learners in completing formative and summative assessments.
- Additional responsibilities include developing learning materials and assessment tools when required, organizing workshops and field trips, marking assessments, and providing timely feedback to learners.
- The selected individual will also be responsible for general academic administration tasks such as recording student attendance, identifying students at risk, setting up additional support when necessary, and recording student results.
- This role involves participating in staff meetings to discuss logistical issues and stay updated on academic developments, as well as attending open days to share program information with prospective learners and parents.
- We require a minimum qualification of NQF-8 and relevant experience in lecturing or teaching business-related subjects.
- This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
