Job Title: Project Manager

Tronox is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for integrating and aligning various functions to effectively implement ISNetworld as Tronox's information system to manage Contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with ISNet staff to implement the MHSA and OHSA into the software.
  • Integrate all relevant stakeholders in the project.
  • Have regular feedback meetings with project sponsors.
  • Define the required project documentation from project initiation through project closure.
  • Develop IT dashboards for tracking performance against IT metrics and benchmarks on a monthly basis.
  • Track IT goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency, listen, and use this information to solve problems, anticipate issues, and make correct decisions based on a variety of situations.
  • Take accountability and responsibility for your actions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service, creating solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement with the brand.
  • Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of IT Applications or OT Applications management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with contractor and supplier information management system to ensure that contracted services support both safe facility operations and the company's process safety and personal safety performance goals.
  • Strong organization and coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing project strategies and managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong relationship builder.
  • Must be a results-oriented motivator with a 'can-do' attitude, strong customer support abilities.
  • Must be a problem solver with varying degrees of complexity.
Additional Requirements:
  • Has worked for a multinational company and is able to work effectively with different cultures.
  • You are able to influence your stakeholders, and have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
