Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Tronox. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for integrating and aligning various functions to effectively implement ISNetworld as our information system to manage contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate Training and Development, Human Resources, Supply Chain, SHE (regulatory and legal) as well as Operations/Engineering and Project Management functions to implement ISNetworld.
  • Work closely with ISNet staff to implement MHSA and OHSA into the software.
  • Integrate all relevant stakeholders in the project.
  • Have regular feedback meetings with project sponsors.
  • Define project documentation from initiation through project closure.
  • Develop IT dashboards for tracking performance against IT metrics and benchmarks.
  • Track IT goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency and solve problems.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service.
  • Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of IT Applications or OT Applications management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with contractor and supplier information management system.
  • Strong organization and coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing project strategies and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong relationship builder.
  • Results-oriented motivator with a 'can-do' attitude and strong customer support abilities.
