Key Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with clients to troubleshoot concerns related to transactions, loads, and accounts receivable/payable.
  2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and correspondence.
  3. Manage customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  4. Prepare and submit reports on daily invoicing, customer/management reports, and other relevant data.

Requirements:
  • Possess a qualification in Account Administration or have equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong Microsoft Office Excel skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a trading environment is preferred, but not mandatory.
