Responsibilities
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaigns, data usage, chatbot messages, and other relevant metrics
- Develop new reports to meet client needs
- Reconcile spends for reports
- Expedite data based on gender, province, mobile networks, etc.
- Communicate and send reports to clients
- Extract leads from the portal and reconcile them
- Analyze all reporting and provide insights into results

Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a reporting/data analytics environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel - pivots, vlookup, etc.
- PowerBI or Grafana knowledge (advantageous)
- Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets
- Strong logic, numeracy, and analytical skills
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is an advantage
