We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a member of our healthcare staff, you will provide exceptional patient care, work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the success of our hospital.
Responsibilities:- Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate patient care, develop individualized care plans, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to established policies and procedures.
- Clinical Decision Making: Utilize critical thinking and nursing expertise to make sound clinical decisions, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Licensure and Certification: Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration; BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Thorough knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and standards; ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
