Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at O'Brien Recruitment. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

You will supervise administrative staff, manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management, handle phone calls and correspondence, and support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.

In addition, you will create and update records and databases, track office supplies, and submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your organizational and leadership skills while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
