The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the team in reviewing inspections and updates from our panel of property managers to ensure our key client meets all its statutory obligations.
- Provide support to the team in reviewing inspections and updates from our panel of property managers.
- Hold property managers to account for their compliance activities, working with agents to close actions and inspections through regular meetings, emails, and phone calls.
- Monitor statutory compliance inspections for the portfolio through auditing and formal reviews – ensuring systems are updated accurately and regularly, to include any relevant documentation to be saved within the appropriate areas.
- Work closely with Asset Managers, Property Managers, and the wider business to ensure that data input and monitoring is of the highest standard.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in property management with a good working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build relationships with customers and clients, and efficient IT skills.
Key Responsibilities- Providing support to the team in reviewing inspections and updates from our panel of property managers.
- Holding property managers to account for their compliance activities.
- Monitoring statutory compliance inspections for the portfolio.
- Working closely with Asset Managers, Property Managers, and the wider business.
