At Ten Lifestyle Group, we're seeking a talented Email Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our marketing efforts, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging email campaigns that drive results and enhance our member experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Content Team to plan and execute email campaigns that resonate with our audience
  • Design and build visually appealing email templates using HTML and CSS
  • Analyze member data to create targeted outreach and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Schedule and deploy emails to our members, ensuring timely and seamless delivery
  • Perform quality assurance checks on emails created by colleagues to maintain high standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HTML coding issues to ensure optimal deliverability
  • Develop new HTML modules for use in upcoming campaigns, staying ahead of the curve in email marketing best practices
Requirements:
  • Expertise in HTML and CSS, with a strong understanding of email template design and development
  • Experience building interactive email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
  • Responsive design skills, with a focus on modular and responsive HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with left-to-right (LTR) and right-to-left (RTL) languages, a plus
  • Experience with Acoustic or similar ESPs, essential for our marketing operations
  • Design understanding, with a solid grasp of email design principles and best practices
  • Problem-solving skills, with a creative and resourceful approach to challenges
  • Attention to detail, with a keen eye for quality and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with our Content Team
