In line with its mission to support small enterprises, the Small Enterprise Development Agency (seda) is seeking a skilled Operations Administrator to join its team in Gauteng. As an integral part of our organization, this role will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective management of administrative tasks at the branch level.
Salary
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from R180 862 to R212 779 per annum, providing a stable financial foundation for their career growth.
Job Description
This is a 12-month contract position that requires the incumbent to coordinate financial administration activities at the branch level. Key responsibilities include data capturing services, asset management, and providing administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must have a Matric certificate (NQF Level 4) and a Certificate in Office Administration (NQF Level 5). A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar environment is also required. Prior experience with information management systems is highly desirable, as is comprehensive knowledge of administrative duties and responsibilities.
