Branch Administrator

This role is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Branch office. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
Main Responsibilities- Secretarial Services: Provide high-quality secretarial services to the Branch office, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
- Administrative Support: Offer comprehensive administrative support to the Branch office, including procurement of goods and services, and implementation of effective filing systems.
- Timely completion of secretarial and administrative tasks.
- Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Effective coordination of Branch office operations.
Candidates should possess a Matric (NQF level 4) and a certificate in Administration (NQF Level 5). A minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in a similar environment is also required.
Essential Skills and Competencies- Comprehensive knowledge of secretarial, administrative duties and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, advisory service, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical, business acumen, problem-solving & decision-making, planning & organizing, monitoring & evaluation, performance-driven, team work, adaptability & flexibility, policy adherence, negotiation, and basic computer skills.
