About the Role

The Solutions Engineer/Architect will be responsible for designing and delivering customized cybersecurity solutions to clients. This will involve working closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and presenting effective solutions that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Solution Design: Understand customer pain points, business objectives, and requirements to create tailored solutions.
  • Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver persuasive presentations and demos to showcase the value of our cybersecurity solutions.
  • Proof of Concepts (POCs): Manage multiple POCs simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and positive customer experiences.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Support, and Engineering to ensure successful deal closures and meet revenue goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience in selling, demonstrating, and troubleshooting cybersecurity or web/mobile app security solutions.
  • Knowledge of OWASP threats, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Load Balancers, Web Proxies, DNS, and Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) mitigation.
  • Experience detecting and mitigating bot traffic.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to tailor demonstrations for various audience levels.
  • Experience with cybersecurity certifications (Security+, CISSP, OSCP, OSWE) is a plus.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home environment.
  • Own laptop and internet required.
