PBT Group is seeking a highly skilled Key Technical Requirements Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating technical development for requirements using relevant frameworks and tools, as well as analysis of functional and non-functional system requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Development: Facilitate technical development for technical requirements using relevant frameworks and tools.
  • System Requirements Analysis: Analyze functional and non-functional system requirements, including as-is & to-be analysis, impact analysis of changes required to existing systems and processes.
  • Application Understanding: Understand application, data, and enterprise architecture.
  • Critical Evaluation: Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile information conflicts, break down high-level information into constituent details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.
  • Business Application Analysis: Conduct technical analysis of business applications, including application APIs, servers, associated endpoints, and databases.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and manage technical documentation, including integration requirements and data flows.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Consult and coordinate extensively with key stakeholders across business, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Test Support: Support Test Analysts with requirements and testing strategies.
Qualifications
  • Relevant Degree: Hold a relevant degree in commerce, computer science, statistics, engineering, investment management, or related fields.
  • Certification/Qualification: Possess a business/system analysis certification or qualification, an advantage.
  • Software Development Background: Have a software development background, a distinct advantage.
