This position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources team, focusing on recruitment and skills development.
Key Tasks- Maintaining accurate employee records and updating internal databases.
- Preparing critical employee-related documents.
- Addressing employee inquiries in a timely manner.
- Reviewing and revising HR policies annually.
- Supporting report collection and EXCO/Board pack preparation.
- Ensuring data integrity across various systems.
- Providing personal assistant services to the Global HR Director.
- Contributing to role pre-screening and applicant documentation collection.
- Collaborating with the in-house recruitment team.
- Offering LMS administration support.
Educational Background
- National Diploma or B Degree in Human Resource Management.
- At least 5 years of work experience in an HR role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
