The primary objective is to provide additional support through proactive duration management, intervention strategies, and facilitating early return to work for specified and subjective medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and review claims to determine the most effective course of action.
  • Develop and execute plans of action to ensure case management interventions are applied.
  • Analyse claims information and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Initiate telephonic interviews with claimants to gather additional information.
  • Monitor rehabilitation processes and liaise with clients, carers, treating doctors, therapists, and reassurers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience from a hospital, clinic, or private setting.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
