The Legends Agency seeks a highly skilled Mortgage Co-ordinator to join our team.
Job Description:The role of the Mortgage Co-ordinator is to work collaboratively with Mortgage Consultants to ensure seamless mortgage coordination from early stages to complete issuance. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with lenders and clients, obtaining required paperwork and payment of fees.
Core Accountabilities:
- To be the primary point of contact for Mortgage Consultants, handling all enquiries while providing exceptional support.
- Proactively coordinate activities with lenders and clients, ensuring quality service is consistently applied.
- Take ownership of activity on allocated pipeline cases, ensuring timely issuance and keeping clients and Mortgage Consultants updated.
- Demonstrate full awareness of case status within the pipeline.
- Accurately capture all case activity into Mortgage Keeper using a consistent method, maintaining data to the required standard.
- Maintain client files and records.
- Apply proactive contact to obtain lender/broker fees.
- Troubleshoot problems with clients, consultants, and lenders.
- Build strong working relationships with key account contacts.
- Support administrative tasks within the wider team to achieve desired results.
- Obtain regular feedback from internal and external clients to instigate appropriate requirements meeting customer needs.
- Demonstrate role model behaviours.
- Proactively participate in team campaigns and projects.
- Demonstrate monthly activity during 1:1 meetings and keep personal documents up to date.
- Support the business during periods of change, applying positive activity to implement requirements.
- Actively participate in team meetings.
- Contribute to new starters' training plans.
