This role involves processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner. You will identify guest reservation needs, determine suitable room types, and verify availability. Additionally, you will explain guarantee and cancellation policies, accommodate special requests, and answer questions about property facilities and services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely manner
- Identify and determine suitable room types for guests based on their needs
- Verify availability of rooms and rates
- Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to guests
- Accommodate special requests and document them accordingly
- Answer questions about property facilities and services
- Input and access data in the reservation system
- Indicate special room reservations by inputting the correct code and rate
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No related work experience necessary
- No supervisory experience required
