Debtors & Creditors Clerk - Bookkeeping Professional

A professional Bookkeeping role is available for a skilled Debtors & Creditors Clerk. The ideal candidate will have experience in data and records management.
Duties:
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Invoice Capture: Process and capture all valid invoices.
- Reconciliation: Process suppliers and ledger reconciliations.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly reports and assist with annual financial statements.
- Payment Management: Capture and send payments to suppliers and third parties.
Requirements:
- Education: Bookkeeping or Accounting qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years working experience as a bookkeeper.
- Skills: Computer literate, MS Excel, Pastel.
