Job Title: Sales Executive

At RareCruit, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating direct sales from extra heavy truck clients and customers, maintaining relationships with key customers, and increasing volumes and market share for assigned provinces and territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate direct sales from extra heavy truck clients and customers
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and measure share of business at key accounts
  • Directly responsible for increasing volumes and market share for assigned provinces and territories
  • Listen to customer explanations and have a clear understanding of requirements and locations
  • Sell vehicles to meet customer needs
  • Handle all material handling tools and equipment according to prescribed company standards
  • Control orderliness and cleanliness, as well as control showroom inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Show interest in personal development and willingness to learn more about the product
  • 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience in extra heavy commercial vehicles in SA
  • Established record of achieving targets
  • Experience of scorecard build-up and new business development will be an added advantage
  • Experience and selling American/European trucks will be preferred
  • Ability to market and sell commercial vehicles
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (African language will be an advantage)
