Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative at JF Paints Dulux, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma required (Matric).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
