Job Description
As an Operations Executive - Pharmaceuticals, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products are manufactured and packed according to company procedures and meeting GMP, MCC, TGA, HACCP, BRC, ISO, and other applicable statutory requirements. This includes implementing and complying with pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetic legislative requirements, as well as ensuring high standards of safety, health, hygiene, and security in the factory. You will also ensure that staff are trained, equipped, and motivated through effective staff management processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Implement projects for continuous improvement and ensure optimal efficiencies of materials, equipment, and labour.
- Develop and maintain efficient production processes and systems.
- Manage and train staff to achieve high performance and productivity.
