Job Description

As a seasoned operations executive, you will oversee the entire production process of quality pharmaceutical products at Vital Health Foods. Your key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industry standards such as BRC, HACCP, and ISO 22000. You will also be responsible for implementing projects that improve efficiency, optimize resources, and enhance product safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manufacturing Compliance: Ensure all products are manufactured according to company procedures and meet relevant statutory requirements.
  2. Legislative Compliance: Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetic legislative requirements.
  3. Staff Management: Train, equip, and motivate staff through effective management processes.

Requirements:
  1. A degree or national diploma in Operations Management or equivalent.
  2. 10 years' experience in production management within the FMCG/pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Knowledge of cGMP, production processes, and quality standards is advantageous.
