Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Communication Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive communication plans to promote our company values, mission, and vision.
  2. Public Relations: Handle media inquiries, craft press releases, and coordinate public appearances to maintain a positive public image.
  3. Crisis Management: Lead crisis communication efforts by developing and executing strategies to manage public perception during difficult or sensitive situations.
  4. Internal Communications: Develop and execute internal communication plans to engage employees, communicate company news, and share best practices.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners, to build relationships and communicate company value.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, and crisis management.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing communication strategies.
  • Experience in internal communications, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solution-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent English language fluency; additional languages preferred.
