- Crisis Management: Lead crisis communication efforts by developing and executing strategies to manage public perception during difficult or sensitive situations.
- Internal Communications: Develop and execute internal communication plans to engage employees, communicate company news, and share best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners, to build relationships and communicate company value.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, and crisis management.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing communication strategies.
- Experience in internal communications, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solution-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent English language fluency; additional languages preferred.
