Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets for short learning programmes and formal learning programmes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure maximum lead conversion and activities to promote the programme offering.
  • Identify opportunities to promote the programme offering to key decision makers in the corporate market.
  • Monitor client engagement on CRM to manage lead conversion for the sales team and develop action plans to ensure high conversion amongst the sales team.
  • Present training solutions to corporate clientele.

Requirements:
