InsidEntity is looking for a skilled Junior Sales Associate to join our Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for selling steel and industrial hardware products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and assist with all inquiries
  • Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into sales
  • Assist with products and solutions for sale
  • Sourcing stock (standard and non-standard) and processing customer orders
  • Expediting deliveries/collection instructions

Daily upkeep of backorders and releasing of stock for clients. Advising customers on stock availability, lead times etc. Developing new sales opportunities through cold calls to potential clients and keeping abreast of latest product trends/developments to provide the best advice to clients.

You will have an understanding of how the different products work and ensure that their respective sales and GP targets are achieved monthly.
