About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Pro Tem. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and scheduling the diaries of 2 Directors.
Requirements:- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with the South African legal system
- Fluency in Afrikaans
- Manage and schedule the diaries of 2 Directors
- Provide administrative support to the Directors
- Maintain accurate records and files
R 250,000 - R 300,000 per annum, depending on experience
