About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Pro Tem. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and scheduling the diaries of 2 Directors.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with the South African legal system
  • Fluency in Afrikaans
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and schedule the diaries of 2 Directors
  2. Provide administrative support to the Directors
  3. Maintain accurate records and files
Salary:

R 250,000 - R 300,000 per annum, depending on experience
