A strong, independent property firm based in East London is seeking a professional and experienced Property Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all maintenance and repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of properties
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Negotiating deposit returns at the end of tenancies
  • Renewing gas and electric certificates
  • Dealing with tenancy renewals and six-monthly inspections
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year's experience in property management
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • Experience of lettings and property management software packages would be advantageous
  • ARLA qualification is desirable
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
  • Car preferred but not essential as public transport options are available
