Administrative and Financial Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the finance team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Financial Management: Assist in managing financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting, utilizing SAP S/4HANA and other financial software.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or business administration are advantageous.
- Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or financial role.
- Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and other financial software, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
