The Business Operations Assistant role at Sasol is an exciting opportunity for individuals to develop their administrative skills and contribute to the company's success.
As a business operations assistant, you will provide support to managers and departments, improving their effectiveness and work readiness. The 12-month program includes a theoretical element aligned to a NQF Learnership and practical on-site work experience.
You will participate in a learnership program and successfully complete an assessment process. You will also participate in all required workplace readiness activities and exercises.
This role is ideal for Grade 12 qualified individuals who want to develop essential professional skills. During the practical component, you will provide administrative support to improve the effectiveness of managers and departments.
The theoretical component covers Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Maths Literacy, Communication skills, and Computer Skills.
