About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing facilities administrative support to the Business to ensure the effective day-to-day operations and business continuity in a safe environment with managed risks.

  • Liaise with Site coordinators, Facilities Management, Company Support teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage asset tracking, accurate equipment lists, and equipment movement between sites.
  • Monitor and report on site budget, tracking expenses, and providing financial updates.
  • Verify PR/PO creation, invoices, and track payments to ensure timely and accurate financial management.
  • Collaborate with Regional Technical Manager to collate and verify monthly/weekly SLA reports and invoices.
  • Generate monthly technical reports and HVAC reports to track system performance and maintenance needs.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce electrical consumption and implement energy-efficient solutions.
  • Conduct risk audits to ensure a safe working environment and mitigate potential risks.
  • Monitor SLA of FM suppliers and track service reports to ensure timely and effective maintenance.
  • Prepare for standby situations and ensure HVAC systems are operating at optimal levels.
  • Investigate and resolve faults in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide training to handymen staff to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 5 years' HVAC experience, especially with VRV, Chilled, PAC units, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to identify complex faults.
  • Expertise in electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Qualified HVAC technician with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
  • Experience in data centre management and power management.
  • Knowledge of PLC controls.
