About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Consultant to join our team at Callforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with intermediaries, processing Agri Asset insurance and policy amendments, and ensuring adherence to underwriting and regional criteria requirements.

This role requires a strong background in short term insurance commercial lines and/or Agri Asset, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with intermediaries, providing exceptional customer service and responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Agri Asset insurance and policy amendments, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure adherence to underwriting and regional criteria requirements, ensuring that all policies are issued in accordance with company guidelines.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. insurance, business).
  • Relevant insurance qualification (NQF 5) would be advantageous.
  • At least 2 years' experience in short term insurance commercial lines and/or Agri Asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
