Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plan: Create and implement a strategic operational plan that drives excellence across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.">
  • Lead Operational Activities: Ensure that operational activities are closely aligned with financial targets and performance indicators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.">
  • Identify Cost Optimization Initiatives: Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives and best practices throughout the value chain, maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.">
  • Lead and Mentor Team: Lead and mentor a team of operational excellence professionals, empowering them to drive performance improvements and adopt innovative solutions.">
  • Foster Culture of Excellence: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization, promoting a mindset shift towards excellence.">
  • Provide Strategic Inputs: Participate in all deals to provide strategic inputs on operational structure, guiding the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions.">

Requirements:

  • Minimum 13 Years' Experience: Possess a minimum of 13 years of work experience, preferably from BPO or similar background, with a proven track record of delivering operational excellence.">
  • International Voice Experience: Previous international voice experience is highly desirable, demonstrating adaptability and cross-cultural communication skills.">
  • Business Acumen: Possess necessary knowledge of business concepts to effectively perform the job, with a deep understanding of operations, finance, and customer service.">
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, inspiring teams to achieve their full potential, and mentoring individuals to drive performance improvements.">
