Takealot.com, a pioneering South African e-commerce company, is seeking an accomplished Logistics Transformation Manager to join its dynamic team in Cape Town.

This role reports directly to the TDT Project Manager.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize logistics operations and reduce costs.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new business development initiatives.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and standardize resources across the TDT network.
  • Analyzing complex operational environments to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and maintaining clear communication channels throughout improvement projects.

In terms of qualifications and experience, we are looking for a candidate with:

  • A BEng Industrial or Logistics degree.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in logistics management.
  • A sound operational background within logistics management.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects against operational and profit targets.
  • Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders.
